Because every Rebellion item is made on demand just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering.
When We'll Make It Right
We stand behind the quality of what we sell. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is the wrong item entirely — we will replace it or refund you, no questions asked.
To file a claim, email us at honeybee95love@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- What resolution you'd prefer (replacement or refund)
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before they enter production. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. Email us immediately if you need to cancel.
