Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders take 2–5 business days to produce, then 5–10 business days to ship within the US. So total delivery is typically 7–15 business days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because everything is made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing or preference. But if your item arrives damaged, wrong, or defective — we'll replace it or refund it. See our Returns & Refunds page.

Do you do custom or bulk orders?

Yes. If you're ordering for an event, organization, march, or community group, reach out at honeybee95love@gmail.com with what you need and how many — we'll work it out.

What sizes do you carry?

Most items run XS–3XL, with select products going up to 5XL. Check each product page for exact size availability. See our Size Guide for measurements.

Where are your products made?

Items are produced by our print-on-demand partners in the United States. Production location may vary by product and availability.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order has likely entered production and can't be changed. Email us immediately at honeybee95love@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders typically take 10–20 business days. Customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

I haven't received my tracking info yet. What do I do?

Tracking emails go out when your order ships, which is after production. If it's been more than 7 business days since you ordered and you haven't heard anything, email us at honeybee95love@gmail.com.
